WARRANTY INFORMATION
CANADIAN ASTATIC will replace defective merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase.
Any returned units that are found to be defective due to abuse, consequential damage, incidental damage or improper installation will not be considered as a warranty item.
We do not credit shipping
We do not credit shipping/handling or freight charges on returned product and we are not responsible for shipping charges on product being returned to us. In the case of a defective product, After receiving the defective product which is found to be covered by the warranty terms, we will return the replacement product at no charge to the customer.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Cartridge and Stylus orders within Canada are subject to a flat rate shipping, handling & insurance charge of $6.95 CAN. Cartridge and Stylus orders being shipped to the Continental United States are subject to a flat rate shipping, handling & insurance charge of $4.95 CAD. International orders outside Canada or the Continental United States are based on quotes received from Canada Post based on the order destination, please contact us for a quote. All orders are shipped from our office on Thursdays of each week.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE
All units requested for return or replacement must return the goods prepaid along with a copy of the original bill of sale.
DO NOT
They must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and be in like new condition. All original boxes, packaging materials, instruction manuals and accessories must be included with the returned unit(s).
